This Returns and Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which you may return products purchased from Profiberg, operated by TEST COMPANY LLC. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials included. Any return request must be submitted in writing to [email_address] before shipping the product back. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include custom-ordered items, opened or used CO2 laser tubes, electronics that have been installed or powered, consumable items such as lenses or belts, and any product that has been damaged due to improper handling. Items that show signs of modification, tampering, or installation will be refused.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at [email_address] with your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must ship the item to the address provided using a trackable service and notify us of the tracking number. We recommend insuring the return shipment, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25 percent of the product value, depending on the condition of the returned item and the type of product. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless waived at our discretion.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the damage or incorrect product. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, you must follow the return process and place a new order for the correct item. Return approval is not guaranteed, especially for opened or customized products.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once production or procurement has started.
