This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders placed through Profiberg, operated by YIWU SUPPLYIA IMPORT & EXPORT CO., LTD, are processed and delivered. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on the product type, availability, and whether customization, inspection, or special packaging is required. For items that are built to order or sourced from external suppliers, processing may take up to 30 business days or more. If your order is expected to experience delays, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and international freight forwarders. The choice of carrier depends on the item size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Some large or fragile items, such as CO2 laser tubes or heavy machinery components, may be shipped via palletized freight or require custom crating.
The total amount are calculated definitively at the time of checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The total amount displayed at checkout represents the final shipping cost. We do not request additional payment for shipping charges after the order has been successfully placed.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates contingent upon carrier performance and customs processing speeds. Standard and express shipments generally arrive within 5 to 15 business days after dispatch. Larger items requiring freight shipping may take between 15 to 35 business days to arrive.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and not guarantees as external factors such as severe weather, customs inspections, or logistical disruptions may impact final delivery dates.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the customer assumes full responsibility for all applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost displayed on our Website. Refusal to pay these duties upon arrival may result in the package being returned or abandoned.

6. Tracking and Updates

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. For large freight shipments, tracking updates may be less frequent, and delivery may require phone confirmation with the local freight company.
Profiberg shall not be held liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event that an order arrives with visible damage, or if a package is lost in transit, the customer must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Damaged claims must be submitted within within 14 days of delivery. If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party logistics companies but will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

8. Split Shipments

In the event that an order arrives with visible damage, or if a package is lost in transit, the customer must contact our support team immediately. Claims regarding damaged items must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date, accompanied by photographic evidence of the product and packaging. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. For lost packages, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
