Processing time may vary depending on the product type, availability, and whether customization, inspection, or special packaging is required. For items that are built to order or sourced from external suppliers, processing may take up to 30 business days or more. If your order is expected to experience delays, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and international freight forwarders. The choice of carrier depends on the item size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Some large or fragile items, such as CO2 laser tubes or heavy machinery components, may be shipped via palletized freight or require custom crating.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, size, packaging, and destination. You will see the estimated shipping rate during checkout. For bulk or oversized orders, we may contact you after purchase to confirm final shipping arrangements or request additional shipping payment if required.

4. Shipping Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means TEST COMPANY LLC is responsible for covering and handling the cost of shipping, customs clearance, duties, import taxes, and delivery to your specified address. You will not be required to pay any additional customs fees or taxes upon delivery.

5. Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections or import duties upon arrival in the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs clearance, import licenses, or associated taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. Refusal to pay import duties or failure to clear customs does not entitle the customer to a refund. If the shipment is returned due to unpaid customs charges, the return shipping cost and any penalties will be deducted from your refund.

6. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and customs processing. Typical transit time ranges from 3 to 10 business days for express services, and 10 to 30 business days for standard or freight shipping. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including delays at customs, strikes, holidays, or weather disruptions.

7. Tracking and Updates

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. For large freight shipments, tracking updates may be less frequent, and delivery may require phone confirmation with the local freight company.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive a package that appears damaged, you must notify the carrier and TEST COMPANY LLC immediately. Include clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. Damaged claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party logistics companies but will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items or items from different warehouses, it may arrive in separate packages. We will notify you if a partial shipment occurs.

10. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
