Equip your laser machine for the toughest jobs with the Cloudray GaAs Focus Lens. Made from military-grade single-crystal Gallium Arsenide, the lens is extremely hard and durable. It features excellent thermal stability, meaning it resists overheating and thermal shock better than any other material.
Because the material is chemically inert and hard, it can be cleaned frequently with no damage to the coating, which ensures a long service life even in the dirtiest production environments.
Available in standard industry diameters: 18mm, 19.05mm, 20mm and 25mm.
EXTREME DURABILITY: Gallium Arsenide is significantly harder than Zinc Selenide (ZnSe). It is highly resistant to scratches, making it easier to clean and maintain in “dirty” environments where dust and debris build up quickly.
HIGH THERMAL STABILITY: Resists thermal shock and high temperatures. Ideal for continuous running on high-power laser tubes (>130W) without warping or cracking.
DEEP CUTTING POWER: The refractive index of GaAs creates a slightly narrower beam cone compared to ZnSe, which can improve penetration depth when cutting thick materials.
EASY TO CLEAN: The robust surface coating is less likely to peel or degrade during cleaning, making it perfect for shops that cut wood, rubber, or plastics that produce sticky residue.
