CO2 Laser Silicon Mirror

Maximize your laser’s output power and cutting efficiency with the Cloudray Silicon Reflective Mirror Lens. The mirror is constructed from a Silicon (Si) substrate, which is lighter and has better thermal conductivity than glass (K9) or Molybdenum (Mo). It is then coated with a high-purity Gold dielectric film.

Available in standard industry diameters: 15mm, 19.05mm, 20mm, 25mm, 27mm, 30mm and 38.1mm.

  • SUPERIOR >99.2% REFLECTIVITY: Features a high-quality Gold dielectric coating that delivers maximum reflection efficiency. This reduces power loss during beam transmission, resulting in deeper cuts and faster engraving speeds.

  • SILICON (Si) SUBSTRATE: The silicon base offers excellent thermal properties, rapidly dissipating heat to prevent the mirror from warping or distorting during long laser operations. 

  • GOLD COATED DURABILITY: The dielectric gold film is resistant to oxidation and provides a stable reflective surface. It is designed to withstand the high energy density of CO2 laser beams.
  • OPTIMAL FOR 40W-150W: Perfect for low to medium-power CO2 laser systems. For extremely high-power applications (>200W), Copper (Cu) mirrors are recommended, but for standard use, Si offers the best performance-to-cost ratio.
