Pressurized Lubricating Oil Distributor | 2-6 Outputs
The Volumetric Metering Valve is designed for centralized lubrication systems and unlike simple flow restrictors, this valve guarantees that every connected bearing receives a specific, measured amount of oil.
Operating on a pressure-response principle, the internal piston discharges lubricant once the system pressure exceeds 1.5 MPa.
It is the ideal choice for intermittent automatic oil pumps used on CNC machining centers, injection molding machines, and textile equipment.
CYCLICAL PRESSURE ACTION: Designed for intermittent lubrication systems. The valve injects oil when the system pressure reaches 1.5 MPa and automatically recharges when the pressure drops 0.5MPa.
