Volumetric Oil Distributor is the essential component for achieving reliable and consistent centralized lubrication in systems using thin oil.
The Pressure-Relief Action working principle is key:
1. The main lubrication pump pressurizes the system, which causes the piston inside the distributor to store oil and compress a spring.
2. When the pump releases pressure, the accumulated spring force drives the piston to forcibly inject the measured oil dose directly to the lubrication point.
The VOD distributor is suitable for thin oil systems with 2 to 10 outlets.
QUANTITATIVE DOSING: Utilizes a positive displacement piston to ensure every single lubrication point receives a precise and consistent 0.3 ml volume of oil per cycle, eliminating the risk of uneven lubrication.
DISTANCE AND LOAD: The system’s unique working principle ensures that displacement is unaffected by the distance, height, or load of the consuming parts, guaranteeing equal lubrication for all points simultaneously.
