Double Loop Coupling

Unlike rigid couplings, this unique two-stage design features a flexible, elastomeric loop permanently swaged to steel or stainless steel hubs that allows for exceptional angular, radial, and axial flexibility. These couplings offer superior toughness and resilience compared to standard polyurethane loops.

They have outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, oils, grease, and ozone and provides 32% to 120% more torque capacity than competitor K-couplings.

VIBRATION & SHOCK DAMPENING: The elastomeric loop absorbs operational shock and vibration, ensuring smoother motion control and protecting sensitive encoders and bearings.
ELECTRICAL ISOLATION: The non-conductive loop element electrically isolates the driving and driven shafts, preventing ground loops and electrical noise transfer.

EXTREME FLEXIBILITY: Capable of handling significant misalignment:
Angular: Up to 15°
Radial: Up to 0.130″ (3.3mm)
Axial: Up to 0.43″ (10.9mm)
MAINTENANCE-FREE OPERATION: Works without friction, wear, or noise. No lubrication required, making it ideal for clean-room or quiet environments.
