Unlike rigid couplings, this unique two-stage design features a flexible, elastomeric loop permanently swaged to steel or stainless steel hubs that allows for exceptional angular, radial, and axial flexibility. These couplings offer superior toughness and resilience compared to standard polyurethane loops.
They have outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, oils, grease, and ozone and provides 32% to 120% more torque capacity than competitor K-couplings.
HIGH TORSIONAL STIFFNESS: The parallel slit design offers significantly higher rigidity than spiral beam couplings, reducing rotational wind-up and ensuring precise positioning accuracy.
ZERO BACKLASH: The single-piece metallic construction eliminates play and mechanical hysteresis, providing 1:1 motion transfer for critical servo applications.


MISALIGNMENT COMPENSATION: Effectively absorbs angular (up to 1.5°), parallel (radial), and axial deviations, protecting expensive motor bearings from stress and failure.
LIGHTWEIGHT & LOW INERTIA: Made from premium aluminum alloy, these couplings have low moment of inertia, allowing for rapid acceleration and deceleration cycles without lagging.
